Babette – the feather duster, the only other girl I could recall (with the help of the soccer team)
It’s entirely too hot, the water line project is in full swing, the cows are moving from field to fields, soccer is ramping up, football Friday nights are now a thing, and it’s almost time for Hay Day. The tomatoes may come in all the way pretty soon and canning will be in order. Fall is just around the corner and that place which is supposed to be relaxing – isn’t. Babies are a nice breath of fresh air in an otherwise oppressive season!
Lorelai won herself a crown of shame: This is what happens when you keep getting your head stuck in the fence – as in 5 times in one afternoon! We had to reinforce that duct tape later in the day. It has now stayed on for 3 days and if Cosette doesn’t keep her head out of the fence she will win her own!
It was nice for my Mom to come over to meet the new babies and make friends with the cows. I do love my mother! Can not ever get a photo with her eyes open, and NOBODY tell her I put her picture on facebook! I’ll get grounded for sure!
At least the cows are not eating my garden yet!
